Product Returns

At ChibiMonsta, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are not, you have a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt to exercise your right to return the product, without needing to provide any justification or pay any penalties.

Return Shipping Costs:
Return shipping costs will be covered by ChibiMonsta.

If the 14-day period ends on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, it will be extended to the next working day.

To initiate a return:

1. Contact us at info@chibimonsta.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

2. Once your request is approved, we will send you:

    - A return form to print and include in your package.

    - A prepaid return shipping label.

Return Conditions:

- Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, unused and undamaged.

- Returns must be shipped back within fourteen (14) days of your return request confirmation.

- Any product that is incomplete, damaged, or not in its original packaging will not be eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Refund & Exchange Options:
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, you may choose one of the following:

- An exchange for an item of equal value.

- A store credit for future purchases.

- A refund to your original payment method.

Refunds will be processed within fourteen (14) days of your return request confirmation.
